Work Bench/Potting Bench

I was so excited when I spotted this work bench!

I have been going back and forth in my head about how to display everyone's crafts this year.  Every year is different.  I usually have furniture for sale that helps to display things.  This year I didn't really have any cabinets.  My kiddos have worked so hard and have made some amazing crafts. I needed something just right to display things, and this is it...Old, rustic and prim! I couldn't believe how the Lord provided at just the right time. I know I shouldn't be surprised that He cares about the little things, but He does...and I was. Today was a gorgeous day to be able to be outside fixing it up.  

 I sanded down the top and bottom.

I had to sure it up with some screws.  My oldest son helped me do all that. Since the bottom shelf was just plywood, I painted it white and stained it with dark wax.

 I thought this could make a great potting bench too.

For now it is going to be a display table at my sale.
